Canon Point: Post-Mission 18, ZERO: Shortly after he was found by Belkan civilians at ground zero of Belka's nuclear detonations after he lost his duel with Cipher over the Avalon Dam on December 31st, 1995.

Canon:

Cipher: Pixy's former flight lead, the Captain of the Ustio Air Force 6th Air Division, 66th Air Force Unit "Galm". More commonly known to both friend and foe alike as the "Demon Lord of the Round Table" for his combat prowess, Cipher and Pixy were the spearheads of the Allied Force's counterattack against Belka in 1995. Pixy eventually deserted the UAF and became Cipher's enemy, facing off with him in a final battle over the Avalon Dam on December 31st, 1995, with Cipher as the victor. Pixy still affectionately refers to him as "Buddy" and holds respect for him.
"He would ascertain the situation in an instant, and change the tide of battle. He was born for combat. It was no wonder they called him Demon Lord. That said, it was hell trying to keep up with him..."

Patrick James Beckett: Number 3 of the UAF 6th Air Division, 4th Air Force Unit "Crow". More commonly referred to as PJ. Pixy found him to be incredibly naive. PJ took Pixy's place as Cipher's wingman in the Galm Team after Pixy's desertion, but was shot down over Avalon six months later after taking a hit fired by Pixy that was meant for Cipher.
"You think you can stop bloodshed by shedding more blood? Flyin' with all those ideals swimming around in your head is gonna get you killed."

Joshua Bristow: The flight lead of the Osean Air Force's 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron "Wizard" and an old friend of Pixy's. A revolutionary who sought to change the world through destruction, he was one of the co-founders of the terrorist organization known as "A World With No Boundaries" and was the one who helped convince Pixy to defect. He was in charge of the group when Anton Kupchenko was shot down over Area B7R - more commonly referred to as "The Round Table - by Cipher and PJ.
"And you're here to drag me off in a magical carriage... to Hell, I suppose."
